The News Reporters: A group that is really uptight about their job... Most of the time they are on the scene of any distress and if things become too hectic, the just take cover.  Any interesting or major event that happens throughout the city, the reporters are there.

Twiddely Rat: Twiddely Man's "Step-Father."  Once Twiddely Man was abandoned, he looked up to Twiddely Rat.  He IS possibly infected with rabies, so he has is own way with robbers as self-defense.  His ability to "feel" heat is invaluable to Twiddely Man when he doesn't know what behind the wall.  One rat, one father, one hero, and a great knowledge of the city, truly makes great chemistry.

Civilians:  Many civilians live in crater city.

 

Immigrants: Immigrants flock from all over the world to Crater City for it's high job payment.  Many job opportunities come up almost every day and Crater City flourishes.

 

Law Enforcement: Surprisingly, they don't really do much.  They take care of non-major crimes and reinforce laws like usual.  For the large jobs, they leave it to Twiddely Man and when Twiddely Man is finished, the Police just clean up the rest.

 

Tourists:  The economy of Crater City is amazing, with it's beautiful sunsets, is creates an amazing environment for travelers.  Along the coast line, hundreds of hotels line the beach while residents live by the docks.

 

Residents: Knowing the impending danger, the residents somewhat stay alert and scared with each passing minute.  Many spread the word of Twiddely Man on their vacation and rejoice when they see him.

Robbers: A small group of people who tend to get into a lot of trouble.  They quickly enter and excape from jail, yet once they try another heist, they are thrown back into jail by Twiddely Man!  Many robbers look up to the "Secret Person" where they trained.  Because of the Secret Person, Twiddely Man is having a harder time to take care of the robbers.  Then again, as Twiddely man gains more experience, He will become a tough cookie to crack.

The Secret Person:  A gang leader, a professional robber.  These are just a few words that can decribe the Secret Person.  His quick history has him become a great martial artist, veteran in war, and an avenger.  He supposively is supposed to avenge his parent's death.  The records show that his parents were killed by a "thing" (probably a shape shifting Abada-Acha Bird) that could dodge bullets.  Once reading the records, the Secret Person suspected the the "thing" was the growing, renowned hero Twiddely Man!
